Al goes into grade 2 and Em goes into grade 5 Michelle graduated and will be going to STU in the fall

Well its been over a year since I wrote in the blog. Kids are well I have not gotten those last few pounds off but new meds have given me a few more to try to get rid of. I have joined the y again and will go occasionally to work out on the treadmill hope to get there tonight but don't really care if I don't.
